For the Love of Books

Anyone who knows us knows we like books. When you walk in our front door, you're greeted by our library - filled with books we read in school, ones we collected throughout the years and those we have yet to read. They represent where we came from, what has impacted us and who we want to be in the future. We believe books, and the ideas they represent, are powerful. The written word can move nations and incite change. We lose ourselves in imagined worlds, embark on epic journeys and experience alternate lives.

The Last Bookstore, October 2016
There have been birthdays spent exploring used bookstores, vacations searching for local authors and wish lists created for future purchases. We like reading, collecting and displaying books. They are in almost every room in the house, both new and vintage. We've started buying books for each other, instead of cards, writing hopes and wishes for the upcoming year. To us, books have become a love language.
